The purpose of National Early Childhood Literacy Awareness Day is to bring awareness to early childhood literacy issues and how we can work to support early childhood literacy collectively. National Early Childhood Literacy Awareness Day is also an opportunity to help disadvantaged children receive the support they need to improve literacy rates, one book at a time.
